The entire gym system comes with a travel bag and weighs under 10 pounds. The heavy duty steel 38-inch long padded grip bar, quickly unscrews into two-pieces and fits in the small bag for travel. The specially designed band tension adjusters are designed to swivel and adjust to the specific location and tension required for each exercise. Six highly durable latex bands ensures that you have the exact incremental resistance needed to safely perform each exercise. Quickly set up each exercise with just the right grip, position and band tension to optimize your workout for your size and strength. Optional BF Band (over 500 lbs force) can be purchased separately. Most people will not need this much resistance but you can order it if you need it.
