What is the difference between Fit Fix Rx and other band workout equipment?

 

With the Fit Fix Rx system, just about any size, or strength person can get the exact tension and resistance required for a complete full-body workout similar to exercises performed with weights and machines in a gym. The versatile workout system comes with a patent-pending adjustable tension bar and six highly durable, progressively strong, layered latex resistance bands. The design makes it simple to adjust resistance levels and quickly flow through the short, high-intensity workout. The steel, collapsible 38 inch long, travel-friendly bar allows you to have a comfortable padded wide or narrow grip. Unlike other variable resistance products, you can quickly adjust the ideal tension range incrementally for different exercises with the band tension adjusters. The simple, strong, and innovative design fits in a small bag and can provide over 500 pounds of tension if needed for exercises like chest press and deadlifts. More resistance is available but rarely needed with an optional super heavy-duty band, sold separately.

Why is Fit Fix Rx more effective than weights and gravity-based equipment?

 

Fit Fix Rx uses “variable resistance training” designed to more closely match your strength curve. This design allows you to set the tension so you can work your muscles harder where they are stronger and put less tension and stress on joints where they are weaker and more vulnerable to injury. This is also key to improve gains in muscle, strength, and endurance. 
 

Why do I need a long bar with adjustable band tension? 

 

The 35 inch wide bar grip and band tension adjusters allow you to get just the right resistance and grip based on your size and strength while quickly switching exercises. This eliminates slack, dramatic changes in resistance, and uncomfortable grip positions that can be frustrating when using poorly designed equipment. The innovative design takes the stress off your joints and allows you to incrementally adjust the ideal resistance you need for each exercise as you get stronger.  Keeping track of your progress is simple with the right resistance range, tension and body position to maximize lean muscle growth.

What exercises can I do?

 

It is recommended that you do all the compound exercises like chest press, overhead press, rowing, squats or lunges, deadlifts, as well as more specific exercises like curls, triceps pull down, calf raises, and upright rowing. You can add many other exercises if you want or do multiple sets, but the benefit of this program is that you do not need to add exercises and do extra sets to get great results if you follow the 90-day challenge.

 

Do I need to work out every day with this program?

 

The 90-day workout challenge is designed as a push and pull days for under 15 minutes per workout 4-6 days per week. If you only have 2-3 days per week to exercise you can do one set of all 10 push and pull exercises every other day with an extra rest day when needed. It takes less than 30 minutes to combine the push and pull exercises in one day. The key is to be consistent, increase the intensity, and incorporate the program into your lifestyle.

How do I know what to do and keep track of my progress?

 

A complete how-to workout guide is included along with the 90-day challenge. This includes a laminated workout guide, workout tracker, and videos to ensure you have the proper form. Information on diet and other recommendations are also included to help you get the best results and make fitness simple.
